Greetings,
One of the most important things in sports is to have a rest and not overexert yourself.
Many have ruined their careers by not getting proper rest after strenuous training or rushing back after injuries.
The more you prioritize, learn and practice the benefits of balanced training with adequate rest periods the more you'll notice your results improving.
It is also important to not mix different types of training into one session.
For example you should keep aerobic running and lifting weights separate or the benefits of both will singnificantly reduce.
Long story short, as I felt running every day the past two weeks had made my muscles, tendons and joints sore then today/yesterday I only had a walk in the forest and did a few series of chin pulls and log lifts.
Running doesn't seem to train the upper body that much so something for my top part to feel involved as well :)
Definitely loving all aspects of full body workout, just keep in mind to listen to your body before, during and after each and every training session you have.
All the best,
See you soon,
Ott
