I'll be updating my sunset gallery now.
Too many beautiful sunsets to not share.
Running part has turned painful. Joints have got pummelled by too hard surface the past few days, need softer soil, grass or some sawdust road in the forest.
Reduced the tempo a bit because of hamstring and ankle pain, heartrate around 155 bpm.
Will continue doing push-ups, chin-ups abdominal and back exercises after running.
Really need better running shoes, that is the next mission.
Menu needs to be corrected. More fresh veggies seems a must, body instantly responds and feels better after eating some healthy food. Eating discipline and habits can help or hinder one's fitness progress quite a lot. Will write about that some more in the future.
