With the intention of running the Buenos Aires marathon, we continue adding kilometers. Normally we do pass work, after long jogs, ascents and descents in pseudo-mountains and of course also regenerative work.
Con la intención de correr la maratón de Buenos Aires seguimos sumando kilómetros. Normalmente hacemos trabajos de pasadas, luego de trotes largos, subidas y bajadas en pseudomontañas y por supuesto también trabajos regenerativos.
