Today was a work out at home day.
I worked out on my bowflex, after I dusted off the cobwebs that had accumulated from non-use. Worked on my biceps and triceps. I will probably be sore tomorrow.
Then I rode my recumbent bike for 78 minutes, 16.20 miles, and burned 455 calories.
Tomorrow I will be back in the park walking.
Thank God for this day.
