Hello Actifitters!
It's a very busy day for me. I woke up at
7 am and started doing my household chores. Doing laundry is a really a challenging part since I don't have washing machine.
I was able to start my dance work out
at 5pm. I'm excited to share with you guys this new aerobic exercise to reduce belly fat.
It's a 22 minutes aerobic exercise by Zumba Class. I will share the link here
so that you can easily find it in Youtube.
