Hello Actifitters!
Another busy day for me. As usual I do my household chores. I started doing my dance exercise at 5:30 pm. It's a 30 minutes dance exercise, 10 minutes of jumping jacks, 15 minutes of jog in place and 5 minutes of moving planks.
I'm so happy that I reached more than
10k counts today.
