Hope you all are doing well.
As you all know that the day of Muslims starts with Fajr prayers, so my day also started with Fajr prayers.
After praying, I took care of my plants and took pictures of them.
And then breakfast.
After breakfast, I worked with my mother on household chores and helped her prepare dinner.
So hive bee's today I am going to share with you all the recipe of Chicken Elbow Macaroni and Potato Spinach with Rory.
So first let me teach you how to make chicken elbow macaroni.
To make chicken elbow macaroni, you need half a kilo of macaroni, 300 grams of chicken boneless and 2 carrots and a big chopped onion and 3 tomatoes and a capsicum cut into squares, 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of red pepper and 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tsp celery 1 tsp white cumin, 4 chopped green chili's, 6 tablespoon white vinegar 4 tablespoons soy sauce 4 tablespoons chili sauce and a small cabbage finely chopped
To make chicken elbow macaroni, first you have to put macaroni in boiling water and add a teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons garlic ginger paste.
And when the macaroni is boiled, take it out into the netting pot.
After boiling the macaroni, take a frying pan, add a some oil and add garlic ginger paste in it.
Then add boneless chicken and celery and red pepper or white zeera in the frying pan till it changes into below shown picture.
Now we will put some oil in another pan and then put all the vegetables in it one by one.
Then add capsicum and green chillies.
Then we will close the pot well and cook on low heat for five minutes.
Then add the fried chicken and soy chili and soy sauce and white vinegar and mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Now as you can see in the above picture that your Chicken elbow macaroni is ready and you can enjoy it with tomato ketchup.
And then I sent Macroni to my dad's friend .
So now we will make potato spinach for which we need 1 big size chopped onion, 1 big chopped tomato, 2 tablespoons of garlic ginger paste, 1 kg of finely chopped spinach and half a kg of thick chopped potatoes, 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon red pepper half a teaspoon turmeric powder and 5 to 6 chopped green chilies.
So let's start making potato spinach.
To make potato spinach, first add a little oil to the pressure cooker.
Then put onion in this pressure cooker and wait for it to change color into golden brown.
And then add ginger garlic pasted and chopped tomatoes and all spices in pressure cooker and fry them well.
Fry spinach well in pressure cooker.
After frying the spinach well, add potatoes in it.
And then put the pressure cooker under the weight and shut it down well until its weight starts whistling.
