Today I started with the 5 Tibetans to wake up and increase my male energy. I left the house a litttle later around 8 am and was training (walk, calisthenics, run) until almost 1 pm. Did some stretching and yoga, made a siesta and walked in the afternoon up to the castle and climbed there a little bit.
