Another day, another 10k+ steps..
I did manage to make it out for another little jog yesterday. It was a little shorter than Mondays and a little slower.
So, just over 2miles and a second a mile slower.....
The old heart rate settled down a lot sooner than the run I did on Monday, and I spent more time in the "cardio" zone before reaching maximum work rate.
It will take me a good 3 weeks to shift a few pound, and get back any level fitness I had before lockdown started.
