I worked in the backyard for several hours and I moved a lot of weight, equipment and racks around. I moved and stacked weight, then moved racks and gym equipment.
I reloaded racks with weight and bars, so I ended up moving 2 tons. I have a lot of free weight.
Outside of moving all the weight, I lifted a lot of weight. Curls, dips, squats and lunges.
