During the last days it was cold and cloudy and I had no chance to get out for a walk or so. Yesterday I did a one hour workout with my resistance bands. They have more or less the same effects like weight lifting but they are cheaper and you can carry them with you easily when you go on holidays. The risk of hurting yourself is also lower. So I can really recommend buying a set of them and using them twice or three times a week.
