Today was a relaxed yet active day! I kicked off with a leisurely morning jog in the park, hitting around 1,500 steps while soaking in the autumn vibes. After that, I ran some quick errands downtown, picking up coffee and browsing shops, adding another 1,200 steps. Back home, I did a bit of gardening—raking leaves and planting bulbs—which pushed me to 3,000. Wrapped up with a casual walk to the mailbox and some stretching exercises indoors, totaling 4,231 steps. Small wins add up! Feeling refreshed. #Actifit #FitnessJourney
