Today was Silvertops day Lol!🤣
The first photo is a good indication of rain on the way…………..a Sundog!
In Greek mythology, seeing this halo, or ring around the Sun, was believed to be the God Zeus walking his dog across the sky…….
Hmmm………..maybe every time I see one of these in the sky, I should start looking for water…………😇
That’s how Silvertop’s morning started……………😳
You guys know the Mrs and I love our furry children, especially the baby mountain lion!😻
Silvertop rolled over in our waterbed this morning and was met with a closeup of eyeballs!👀
Cot thinks this is HIS waterbed Lol!
“ look at this Liz, he is sound asleep Lol!”🥰
This is an everyday occurrence!😊
Today was a bit different……………….
When I walked around the waterbed I noticed the sheets looked darker than usual……..🤔
When I looked closer, I discovered water!😳
Not inside the mattress…… water was slowly filling up the “Safety” liner!😬
Notice Silvertop said safety liner Lol!
Without this liner, water would flow out into the bed and beyond!😮
The cleanup took hours!
Then it was time to find this leak and using a special vinyl repair kit that we thankfully keep on hand, repair the leak!😇
“ Cot that wasn’t any fun, watch those Mountain Lion claws Lol!”😻
We always keep the mattress covered, “ The boys” somehow hooked one tiny claw, and the rest is how do they say it ……..Silvertop’s history Lol!😂
Maybe just a short hike to the pond………..
No rain “Outside” yet!😇
I slowly passed the pond………
A pair of Ducks were enjoying the water.
It was a beautiful mallard and his girl!🥰
He swam closely by her, you could tell he was protecting his girl!
Then he spotted Silvertop!😲
I snapped the second to last photo as he became airborne!😊
They both quacked in protest to Silvertop’s intrusion on their pond!
Hmmm……..
“ It’s OK guys, the rain is in its way, you can have YOUR pond back!😇
