Spent the morning kayaking on fontana lake! Its a large, narrow lake in the North Carolina mountains with deep green water
Has a really old railroad that winds around the lake giving tours.
Very beautiful. Paddled maybe 3 miles. went with the wife and kids. First time the wife went. She really enjoyed it!
Spent the afternoon in downtown Bryson City shopping. Small and quaint.
Good exercise day!
