Tuesdays i tend to go to a different gym. Have a different set of equipment. Good for a leg day. Tried pulling out a 45 lb plate only to discover it was a 100! Regular gym doesn't even have one. First time I've seen it. New goal!
Tried new hamstring exercise equipment. Found myself limping out.
