I got a pretty good step count today so I might as well do a post about it.
Today I decided to get up early and go for a nice bicycle ride. I mostly rode along the beach and it was a bit windy out so that made it kind of hard.
What I like about bicycle riding is while I'm exercising I'm also thinking about all the other things I need to do later. I had a ton of housework to do and I needed to do my yard work. I had to make a choice and the inside house work needed it more.
I should have done the yard work because I believe we are going to have some bad weather for a few days with some rain and wind.
I probably nabbed a couple thousand steps while doing my shopping, I don't know why it felt like I went down all the aisles twice, prices are getting out of hand.
I topped the day off with a trip to the gym and worked out for about an hour in 20 minutes. I probably will hit 10,000 steps but I didn't really feel like waiting to do this post.
