Something different today, then something normal.
Half an hour of playing on the slackline, (including walking lunges, so maybe my idea of βplayβ is a bit odd π), then a (mostly) relaxed run.

Walking lunges, while not much fun, are a great way to work the legs, core and balance all at the same time.
My legs did feel a little bit like lead on the run afterwards though!
