Hi friends, I hope you saw some sunshine on your Sunday.
I was moving around town, getting some errands done, and came across this spectacular tree embracing a building. Some limbs were cut, but the tree still looked very much alive.
I found this scene of nature reclaiming an abandoned space so evocative. Along with wildflowers on the side of the road.
The Alive Chat topic for Sunday is to "Share Your Hive Goals - And Track Your Progress From Last Week." I really enjoy doing this. Taking some time out to assess goals and objectives is a great exercise. Here are three of my goals for this week.
Increase minimum daily Activity from 10k Activity per day to 12k per day. I dropped 58 places in the recent Actifit Weekly Top 250 Leaderboard and would like to climb back to within the top 100. I've been pretty good with getting close to 10k steps per day, so hopefully an increase of 2k steps will be doable. I didn't quite make it today, but close.
In addition to maintaining my goal of these daily Actifit/#IAmAliveChallenge/Hive Journal posts, I hope to publish one gaming article and one short piece of creative writing.
Establish a Hive Power Goal for the end of the year. I see a number of folks setting year-end goals for Hive Power and really like this idea. I need to spend some time this week and think about what a realistic goal for this year is.
From a Sunday standpoint, these goals seem achievable and I look forward to updating on my progress next week.
Today is my 38th #Actifit report and 28th consecutive day of participating in the #IAmAliveChallenge! I am happy to report I am #AliveAndThriving. I was at a stoplight and had to snap a pic of the sun shining through these majestic rain clouds.
