It's important to carry water, protect yourself with a hat or cap, and seek shade whenever possible to avoid heatstroke 🥵. Despite the discomfort, sometimes there's no choice but to face the heat to stock up the pantry.
It was a real odyssey: every step 👣I took on the hot asphalt seemed to melt the soles of my shoes. I could feel the sun 🌞 beating directly down on my head while I carried the bags, which grew heavier with each block I advanced. By the time I got home 🏠, I was completely exhausted, sweaty, and with my skin burning🔥. Definitely, it was an epic walk that I won't forget anytime soon.
Right now, all I can think about is how amazing it would feel to have a cold shower🚿🛁. I desperately wish I could cool down, to feel every single drop running down my skin, washing away all this heat and discomfort. I can almost picture it: the sound of the water, the steam fading away and that incredible feeling of cleanliness and renewal. And right after, there's nothing I would want more than something ice-cold to drink. A tall glass, full of ice🧊 with a drink so refreshing that the first sip travels down my throat and instantly makes everything feel right again. I long for that shower and that refreshing drink🍹.

El sol implacable y las altas temperaturas🌡 hacen que cada paso fuera de casa sea un desafío.
