We had a wet and dreary day to end up our weekend here in central Arizona but at least it wasn't cold and snowy.
There was a steady misty drizzle falling as we headed out for our morning walk. Not enough to really get us wet but enough to dampen Lulu's coat and make our 2 miles rather dreary (although Lulu didn't seem to mind at all).
After that I figured we might as well head over to the dog park and see if any other people were there but we had the place to ourselves.
We did several loops around the perimeter of the park which netted us another couple of miles then it was over to Lynx Creek just to hoke out and back to check out a few spots to prospect next week. Since there weren't any other people there, I let Lulu explore off leash while I continued up the path. She just scrambled up the side of the hill but never went too far and despite her best efforts she didn't find any critters to chase.
Another couple of damp miles to round out the weekend as we head into a wet forecast for the upcoming week.
