Today's workout from home.
My training was fast but dynanic,about an hour. I'm happy because I moved very well,lightly loaded about eight kilometers on the bike. squats,adbominal presses, exercises whit rubber band and dumbbells.

These are the kilometers I have traveled since August. Over 600 km, which in the beginning was the hardest for me until I got used to active sports, but over time it became easier and more enjoyable. Like years ago, I trained in the gym for three hours every day, but I try to be patient with myself ... In time, I expect to get back in shape. Again, I'm glad I found this app of actifit and like-minded people to motivate each other every day.
After warming up for three kilometers on the bike, I did abdominal presses and various exercises with an elastic band and dumbbells, which made me sweat a lot.
