Today my son and I went to dog training — we’re focusing on agility. We haven’t been in a while.
I went for a run in the afternoon, and at 5 PM I started my 12-hour night shift.

Dneska jsme šli se synem na cvičák, potrénovat agility. Delší dobu už jsme nebyli.
Odpoledne jsem si šel zaběhat a v 17.00 hod jsem jel na noční 12 hod směnu.

Dantík si zopakoval základy. Nic nezapomněl a šlo mu to dobře.

I went for a one-hour run along the bike path. It was quite warm and humid.
Zaběhat jsem si šel na 1 hodinu po cyklostezce. Bylo docela teplo a dusno.
