Today's morning was very beautiful. I started walking early in the morning and by evening I have completed 10,000 steps by walking a little bit. Walking 10,000 steps is really a great process and this process will continue. I try to do cycling and walking every day. Cycling makes you sweat. Walking gets your whole body moving. Thus, in the report I am posting today, you can see 10,000 steps. Whenever I record 10,000 steps, I feel very good and my digestion improves. The fat and extra calories that are present in the body are eliminated. Thus, whoever walks and exercises daily will have better health. So this was my activity report for today. I have completed 10,000 steps during all the activities I have done from morning to evening and I am sharing this report with you today and now.
