Today I’m keeping things simple but consistent.
I currently have 321 steps so far, and I’m combining my daily movement with a home workout routine.
At home, I trained in my backyard using a red cloth as my workout space. It’s not a gym, but it works perfectly for what I need right now.
My routine today included:
Warm-up exercises
Jumping jacks (suiza)
Squats
Abs work
I also keep my water bottle close to stay hydrated during the session.
Right now, I’m focused on building consistency through small daily actions. Even if the step count is low, I’m making sure I stay active and committed.
Progress is not only about numbers, but about not stopping.
