Took my strides again today, averaging just shy of 15,000/day for the past week 🏃♂️💦
Did leg presses, leg curls, shoulder shrugs, overhead presses, bicep curls, overhead tricep curls and was pretty much toasted after that!
Got to get better zzz’s tonight.
