In today's Actifit report, I want to remind y'all of how illusive worrying is.
Most times we may come down with anxious thoughts. Something bad just happened to us or our loved ones, we have just done a mistake, or may have come to face an unfortunate situation, then, we involuntarily resort to worrying.
It may make us feel good as it tricks our brains into believing there's something better that could have been done, we would have changed things in some ways; it also plays on us the guilty or not guilty game, "it's all my fault!".
No matter how worrying makes you feel, there's one thing it cannot do, reverse an unfortunate event.
So, the best thing to do is this:
Just move on, learn from the event and try to do better next time.
Worrying helps no one and remember:
"Each day has enough of it's troubles"
It has been a long active day for me over, my report card tells a lot. Here's a photo of me day at work:
My day continues after now though, but I've tried! And I'm confident y'all are doing your very best to survive and exist as well.
Thanks for reading through!
