With all the responsibilities and fast pace of life in present-day society, it’s hard to remain productive for long hours of studying at night. However, there are some skills that have been useful to me as students, such as studying at 3:00 am with calm music in the background. I usually get tired when studying at night that's why I wake up early to study since it's my way to easily understand the topics since the soroundings is very clam and there's no noise.

First of all, the time of 3:00 am is considered good for studying, as it is usually calm and free from disturbances. Since almost everyone is fast asleep, there are minimal distractions to tackle, hence better focus and concentration. This is especially useful for someone who cannot sit and study during the day due to too much noise and people around me since I am staying in the church and a lot of my friends sharing their struggles and then I cannot focus at all.
Moreover, the use of calm music improves the study quality even further when engaging in 3:00 am studies. Music has been my coping mechanism to enhance my mood and help in performance of various cognitive tasks, and as such, calm genres and especially instrumental music overlaid provide a good atmosphere for studying. This helps me in relieving stress and anxiety, prompting better retention of information and drive.
In addition, for the individuals with night owl tendencies, or in any case, people who are just more awake and effective in the wee hours of the morning, the practice of studying at 3:00 am will also be beneficial. The students who have this natural inclination can study better when their brain is working optimally towards a certain task.
Also, apart from that, there is the 3 am, where everyone else is asleep and a certain level of calm is achieved that aids focus in the activity. This helps in creating a sense of calm and determination, whereby students feel that they are in control of their studying and are working towards their educational purposes.
In addition, studying at three o’clock in the morning can help the students to build a teaching-learning routine that is consistent as well as active. A practice that disqualifies nothing within a reasonable amount of time will, with study, turn into a routine and be incorporated into the lives of students, pushing them to perform better and achieve more academically.
On the other hand, studying at three o’clock in the morning may also allow one to look inward and evaluate oneself. In those quiet hours, there are students who find themselves in a position whereby they can meditate on some intricate ideas, generate their thoughts, as well as relate several ideas.
Additionally, having friends by your side can make your study better. It allows both of you to have a brainstorming with each other about the lessons that your trying to understand. Everyone of us has a different understanding. And with that, it allows us to form a new learnings with each other. And of course eating while studying is more fun. Since our brain is working whole day, it also needs food to function properly.
