For whom who is fond of growing of vegetables, I'd like to share some pictures and describe the technology of growing tomatoes in one of the monasteries I often used to visit, where my brother monk is carrying obedience.
Open door tomatoes, the ground is covered hay. The roof is covered with panels to limit sunlight in very hot period of time.
Greenhous of tomatoes is equiped with drip irrigation system and heating system (wood boiler) to maintain the constant temperature and humidity at wintertime.
And the main thing - some picture of tomatoes itself...
