Hello friends, I hope everyone is healthy and well, and living a happy and peaceful life. So friends, as per my daily routine, I got ready for the gym in the morning today also. Today I had woken up a little early because I thought why not get up a little early today and go to the gym a little more early. Today I had woken up at around 4:30 and then I drank a mug of hot water with honey and lemon juice squeezed in it and after that I got fresh and left for the gym. I reached the gym at around 4:50 and after that I did body warm up for 15 minutes. In this, I did some skipping rope and some more exercise. After this, I did some cardio and after about 10-15 minutes, I started running on the treadmill again. Today I gave a little more time to the workout than other days. Today I ran about 2 km in which I burned about 170-80 calories. After that I started cycling and cycled for about 5 minutes. My process lasted till about 5:30 and after that I did shoulder exercises in the gym today. In which I did some exercises with dumbbells and After completing some exercises on the exercise machine, as I do everyday, my main aim is to go to the gym, my belly had started to bulge and I had become a little fat, so in order to reduce that, I joined the management of the gym, then I did some stomach exercises in which I noticed that when I had gone to the gym, my weight was around 70 kg and today it has been about 15 to 18 days, today my weight was 68 kg.
