Hello friends, I hope that all of you are healthy, efficient and living a happy and peaceful life. Friends, today was my third day at the gym and today I did shoulder exercises in which I first lifted shoulder weights and after that I exercised my shoulders using some machines. I had left for the gym from my room today in the morning at 5:00 AM and I and my friends had also arrived. Before starting the exercise, I first warm up my body in the morning, for which I first do some exercises with skipping rope and cardio so that my body can open up a little and after that I lift gym weights and do many types of exercises to improve my body. Today was my shoulder day.
Friends, my main purpose of going to the gym is to keep my body healthy and to be a little conscious about my body. As per my daily routine, I wake up in the morning and go to my office and I sit in front of the system in the office throughout the day, due to which many types of problems occur in our body, so I thought why not take out an hour in the morning for my body.
Today I spent more time doing audio and about half an hour I devoted my body to cardio, after that I did some exercises with the help of machines and suppression, today was a good day and after that I did some more exercises with my friend
