Hello beautiful minimalist friends, it is my pleasure for me to publish my first minimalist content in this community and much more for participating in the #kiss of the week initiative. This time I want to talk to you about, 'mindful eating'.
What do I mean by mindful eating?
Mindful eating means that you are utilizing all of your physical and emotional senses to experience and enjoy the food choices you make. This helps to increase gratitude for food, which can improve the overall eating experience or increase your cravings for another day.
Mindful eating actually helps us to make choices that will bring nourishment to our body system. Mindful eating is pivotal because we dictate what is fit on our body and what is not fit and acknowledge the effect of the food after eating.
Mindful eating generates an awareness of how the food is being cooked, where the food is from, the taste of the food, the texture of the food, and the color of the food.
Mindful eating is contributed to many things. Some women and men do not mind the way they eat. Eating too many causes a lot of weight gain, fat, especially when consuming much of calories into the body, and dense foods should be taken. At the very tender age, maybe age 30-50, they are already looking old and discomfort because of, intake of foods. Some not feel excited about the outcome of themselves, this is the reason we need to be sensitive when it comes to choice of food. We should avoid being mindless when it comes to eating habits.
There was a time I was sick and couldn't eat my normal food, I went on fruit for two months, I learned that fruits carry energy. Do you what? I was healthy and hearty. I looked fresh after recovering from sickness.
Many of us can't eat without our phones and viewing our televisions, some eat while driving, even walking. This is what we consider as mindless eating, it is not healthy for the body. Improving our food choice every day is a big development or improvement to our body system. We will feel better when we take proper care of ourselves.
Mindful eating is very essential in our bodies, homes and in anywhere, if we are very sensitive. Making food choices is what promotes our well-being and increasing enjoyment of the eating experience.
Some intake of foods does hurt us, but we are still planning of that same meal, which is not appropriate. Once ago, my daddy bought a brown bean to the house to be cooked, I had never cooked that bean before. I cooked the bean and realized that, the bean was very soft and the texture of the bean was not to my taste, so I informed him about it, not to buy such type of bean when he's going for shopping. I was sensitive and I was mindful about it.
The reason many young men and women are dying, is because of food. Your food might be sweet, but if you are not mindful of it, it can be poisonous or destructive to your system. And overeating is awful.
In conclusion, make your choice of food wisely as it will not alter your system.
