THIS WEEK MYSLEF AND MY PARTNER VISTED RESTAURANT ON THE 24TH FLOOR ORELLE IN BIRMINGHAM FOR A MEAL.

Orelle comprises a modern French restaurant located on the 24th floor of 103 Colmore Row, plus a Cocktail Bar and all day Café located on the ground floor.

The name Orelle draws inspiration from the French words for gold or and her elle. It is also the name of a French mountain village.

Orelle offers 360-degree, panoramic views across the city and beyond. Open for lunch and dinner, Orelle will serve a menu featuring both classic and modern French dishes. The small but beautifully designed bar will offer both classic and innovative cocktails, all expertly crafted by some of Birmingham’s best mixologists.

This is a Stylish place, we started with drinks in the cafe bar downstairs, nice cocktails and a relaxed atmosphere, comfy too. Take the lift to the 23rd Floor and the spectacular dining room. Ask for a window table on your booking request. We had a corner table and your could see for miles. There is a nice bar atop which is good for post dinner drinks. Luxury feel and nice ambiance, buzzy but not intrusive or loud. Tall windows, nice lighting all add to the experience. Food was excellent. Nice wine choice with which was quite reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
