Throwback to one of the days I used to work for the hotel and shot this amazing tiramisu dessert done by the chef for a client on special request. It was the birthday of the client and they had booked a private dine in and this dessert was done by the in-house chef.
Not only did it look good, it was tasty too. The chef had secretly made a little extra of the tiramisu just for us to taste.
