It was sleeting and somewhat windy. It's been above freezing for most of the week. I went on a walk on a chain of small islands in Lake Vesijärvi, the last of which is called Myllysaari.
The ice looks dubious to walk on.
I like those boats in the foreground.
That is a traditional smoke sauna. (It really is not standing completely straight.)
Nice lights leading from the smoke sauna to the platform
I haven't seen this before.
A winter swimming place

This is a sail club building and a summer restaurant. There used to be a mill here over a century ago and the whole island used to be much smaller. The water level went down after the channel between Lake Vesijärvi and Lake Päijänne about 25 km to the north was built.
The harbor and the concert hall can be seen on the opposite shore.
I like hit how those lights begin to stand out and how they are reflected from the ice.
