I took a few shots of a district of the city that can't decide whether it is suburb or part of the countryside. New housing areas are being built in the fields. Depending on which direction you look, you could think that you're somewhere deep in the countryside or within city limits.

This one looks as if it is roughly a century old.
The farmhouse and a cow shed
Probably built between 2000 and 2010
Ditto.
On the other side of that field there is marshland and another field before a larger road. Last time I looked a week ago it was flooded by snowmelt. It's most likely dry now but it would be difficult to turn if it were necessary, so I'm not going there.
