Alright, enough with landscapes and portraits โ itโs time to talk about food.
My everyday diet is painfully simple and, honestly, pretty boring.
Any kind of protein (usually chicken, eggs, sometimes beef) plus a small portion of carbs like rice or pasta. Thatโs it.
Letโs be honest โ this kind of food doesnโt exactly boost your mood. At some point, you really start craving something friedโฆ or sweet ๐
Iโve mentioned it before: I went down from 101 kg to 87 kg, and Iโve been maintaining that weight ever since. The beginning was tough, no doubt about it. But now Iโm at a stage where I can occasionally allow myself a proper โcheat dayโ โ and surprisingly, it doesnโt affect my weight at all.
This unhealthy but insanely tasty food is something I allow myself once a week, and my mood instantly shoots up โ as if Iโd swallowed a handful of antidepressants.
(Just kidding. Iโve never taken them and have no idea how they actually work.)
When Iโm just hungry and craving comfort, the best antidepressant is anything deep-fried or baked with dough โ pizza is a perfect example.
When my mood is completely at zero, desserts take over. And thatโs where things get dangerous ๐
Despite having type 2 diabetes, I can easily eat three desserts in a row โ and good luck to anyone trying to stop me.
The crypto market is sliding straight into hell, my mood is right there with it, and after finishing this post, I think I know exactly where Iโm going โ
to get my all-time favorite chocolate & cherry dessert ๐๐ซ
Bon appรฉtit, everyone!
