Every once in a while I'll go back through recent photoshoots and double check to see if there are any little gems that I skipped over when I first worked on the "keepers" from the shoot. Sometimes I just don't have time to work on them all, but later, like today... I do! Both of these photos below almost got passed over, they are now up on my website ready to license download and use, or to purchase as big prints.
This first one was from a recent sunrise shoot with Martin of MVB Coaching. Of of the photos of him from that morning is now the header image on his website. While there, I took a couple extra shots real quick while he was getting into position. This one was at pretty much the peak of the sunrise colors, looking east toward Donner Summit. I usually use a tripod and graduated neutral density lens filters for this type of photo, but this one was handheld with no filters since that is how I was photographing Martin.
To be honest, I shot a better dock photo than the one below when I was out that morning (the post about it). It was a different dock and a different look, but looking back, this one was not bad either! So a little work on the RAW file in Adobe Photoshop, and it is now also available on my website.
Speaking of my website... I've also had time recently to add all the new photos I've shot this winter to the site. They are now all available for viewing on my "recent work" gallery. (Purchasing prints with HIVE or other crypto is available upon request) Unfortunately, I can not embed my website's slideshows here, but this is a link to one with all of the recent work: Slide Show.
