This time of Bangladesh is winter. My plan was to do a lot of photography during this time. That means it's the perfect time for photography. It's a favorite season for street photographers. To explain, many variations are seen on the road at this time. Different types of pithas are sold on the streets of the city. A festive atmosphere is seen. Many vegetables are produced in this season. The markets are crowded with many kinds of vegetables all the time. People in rich clothes walk the streets. Some warm themselves by campfires on the side of the road or in an open field. So if you don't do photography at such a time, it is a big loss.
But my luck is bad! At this time my exam is going on. So there is no time for anything. Not going out to do street photography. But they go here and there for different jobs. Then I do some photography with the phone. I will share some pictures today.
I am basically a travel photographer. Again I am a street photographer. Actually I don't have any photography class. I do what I like when I do. Besides, I can't travel all year round. I do photography at other times. But now life is getting busy. Can't focus on anything like before. Worry about career is a big reason. I am very depressed now. I am very behind on this. But Yes, I Will Come Back Strongly..... Let's get back to the topic.
Dhaka is a very busy city. There is no shortage of subjects to photograph in this city. When you are out on the road, everything in front of your eyes becomes the subject of photography. I took many of these pictures around Dhaka. I am sharing the pictures along with describing the details.
It is a workshop, where many things like windows, grills, doors, cupboards are made from iron. Here this man was doing welding work. The sparks looked great in the dim evening light. Attracted by this spark, I took out the camera and clicked this picture.
This photo was taken at midnight. World Cup football was going on then. Argentina's match was that day. I watched the game outside. I clicked this picture on the main road of the city while returning home after watching the game. This street is very empty at this time of night. But there is no place to stand here in daylight.
***Pitha is very popular food in Bangladesh. In winter, people enjoy the winter pitha festival. Lots of pithas are made all around. While staying at the village house, my mother used to make pies and eat them. But there is no one to cook pitha in the city. So you have to buy and eat from the street. ***
**Many pitha vendors can be seen on the streets of Dhaka during winter. People throng in front of these shops just for the warmth of a little fire. They can also eat these delicious cakes. i eat too There are two types of pita here. **
- I took these pictures while eating pita. In most places these pithas are made by middle-aged women. They use this time to earn their living. People of Asia are very happy in this place, no one gets a chance to try these foods in other continents. I am not talking down to anyone, I am talking about some traditional things. Moreover, the environment of all places is not the same.*
This photo was taken at night. I was waiting for the bus. Next I saw a jeweler selling various jewels on the side of the road. I clicked this by turning on the camera and reducing the brightness. It looks dark except for the main subject.
These pictures are of the campfire. I went out to fetch food in the heat of winter. On my way back, I saw that some people had lit a fire on one side of the road.
Everyone was taking the warmth of this fire. Click on these two images there.
