Hello everyone, then these are some pictures i took for the Moroccan Bastilla first thing first let me talk about the technical photographic side then give some information about this food. Then I used two different focal length for this shooting the 35mm f 2.8 for the wide shots and the 85mm f1.4 for the detailed shots depending on one low source light I don't have a portable softbox the i had to use what i have i decrease my shutter speed and we all know it's hard to shot in low shutter speed handheld i pop's up my iso a little bit between 500 and 800 didn't want to push it too high because I don't want to get a noisy pictures.
Made some retouching and colour grading to make look real as i say also to bring this golden tone of the Bastilla to life.
The Bastilla well known here in Morocco if you visit this last you have to taste it for sure , there's a lot of tastes , chicken Bastilla , Sea fruit Bastilla also a vegetarian choice it depends on you. The outer layer is phyllo dough carrying inside all the other stuff , Almond, Peanuts, Onion and a lot of stuff it's in between sweet and salty at the same time yes i know it's crazy but possible
