We went blueberry picking last week. It was a lovely day.
We were picking at Blueberry Hill near Goshen, Vermont. There isn't much information out there about the spot which is probably ok with the locals 😉Here's a recent article on wild blueberry picking that mentions the Goshen Blueberry Management Area
Did I mention it was a beautiful day?
So by now you are probably wondering where are the blueberries? Wild blueberries are smaller than store bought varieties and grow close to the ground. This picture is actually of raspberry bushes... the blueberries are growing under the taller bushes and in the grassy fields.
See? I really did find some.
But it is early in the season so we will probably go back when more berries are ripe 😋
