The Pretoria High Court, in South Africa, has ordered for the release of the contracts that the Government had with the pharmaceutical companies.
The Health Justice Initiative took the case against the Minister of Health.

It is, in my view, self-evident that there is a public interest in the disclosure of the records. (p.17 of the summary)
Lack of transparency, was among, the long list of concerns that I have had, over several years.
It is a concern when the Governments of a Country, who are meant to serve the population, decide to collaborate with Corporations.
Corporations, on the other hand, do NOT serve the population.
There role is to maximise the return to its stake holders.
Even gestures, that appear "caring", are nothing more than to facilitate their primary goal.
When, Governments and Companies collaborate together,then you're moving in to Fascist territory. Add to that, the propaganda to manipulate a population, while involving unelected organisations, and you have a recipe for a manipulation that, J. Edgar Hoover, dreamed about.
I have no idea how South African courts operate, or the politics associated.
I just hope that they have the resolve to finally crack open this orchestrated nut.
