Today I've made "Curry Madra" a Indian Curry which is full of flavour and original quiet hot. I didn't make it that hot because my wife can't stand spicy food :).
The ingredients I used are:
- Red pepper
- Cauliflower
- Tomato
- Onion
- Chicken filet
- Curry paste (ready)
- Coconut milk
- A bit of garlic
First I started with baking the chicken.
When the chicken was 'well done' I put the onion's with it and let the onions fry for a while together with the chicken.
When the onions where a bit glazy I put the other vegetables in and stir-fried it for about 4 minutes.
The smell was already brilliant
The curry was already made, it was concentrated and fried too for some minutes to let the flavours in the other ingredients.
When the curry paste was mixed well I put the coconut milk in. The color got a bit more light and you can smell the spicy curry paste... Jammy...
The end result, I forgot to take a picture served in the plate, but believe me....It was awesome. Even my youngest took a second plate, and normally he isn't of rice and curry's...
So I will make it again soon....
Bon appetit :)
Have a great night
