When your son or daughter join on a profession, he has not enough experience. So there are a lot of points to be developed and Improvement for the betterment of their career.

But they are in the struggling position. So from the battle they may not overlook on the key points that should be improved. They are not enough experienced also.

But you are more experienced about this planet. So you may have some suggestions or experience which will be helpful for their career path.

I have discussed about the types of problems they may face and how will you guide, suggest and help them to improve their qualities for better career.
