I didn't go to Stellenbosch to try to sort out the traffic fines. I simply got up too late. I'll have to go tomorrow. Have to get it done.
Maybe I should leave it till the court date and hope the court will give community service because I can't pay the fine.
Life changes fast though. Never forget that.
I came down to the library to see if I can file my tax return. I can't find the submit button though. I can't find it when doing it on my phone and I can't find it on the computer.
Last year I paid a tax practitioner to get my stuff filed. This year there is no money. I desperately need to keep every cent I get.
Everything just heaps up.
In the chaos I call my life there is sometimes a bit of good news too. I surprisingly had a phone call scheduling an interview for Wednesday. It's a sales job but at this point I'll take anything to get out of the security industry.
I started out in Armed Response so I could stay away from people.
Strangely that took me right to the catalyst that dropped me into the world of the Empath. It also took me right to the company that became instrumental in destroying my life. It looks like staying away from people were not what I should have done.
I spent a lot of time listening to people with ADHD describing what happens in their lives. Interesting as it is, I'm not going to get on that boat. Turns out everyone at some point has some of the symptoms. The diagnosis are based on frequency and severity. Or in short, does it derail your life.
I have some regular symptoms but my life is quite normal. Mostly...
Maybe the ball will hit me in the face a couple of times because my body didn't move when my brain said move. Or maybe not. It's not worth siting through months of diagnostics for tnings that doesn't really disrupt my life.
All of that said, I hope to speak to you again soon. Maybe I'll start deleting less completed drafts and post more regularly.
