Hello dear friends of #Hive, I wanted to share with you today a visit I recently made to a supermarket in my country, Venezuela.
I must say that there are many economical and quality things, it is a somewhat large supermarket.
All prices are anchored to the U.S. dollar, nothing is based on the value of the country's currency, people in their businesses prefer to have everything in dollars, since the currency is somewhat unstable.
It is incredible to remember that seven years ago in any store you could get absolutely nothing, as incredible as it may seem. There were no hygiene products, no food such as flour, pasta, rice, there were only vegetables and vegetables that are harvested in the country and meats and other animal proteins were very expensive; however, today each and every one of the supermarkets no matter how small they are have a wide variety of food, both imported and from our territory. The positive thing that left that 2016 crisis was that now there are many more brands of each product, from the cheapest to the most expensive. In addition, many people reinvented themselves, although it was a very hard time for my country.
We spent a long time without eating an apple, a pear or some delicious peaches, remembering that gray past makes me value the fact of choosing what I want to buy.
And, as you can see there is a great variety of items, in a very complete supermarket; it has everything from fruits to school supplies, kitchen and household items. Shopping bags, the reusable ones.
I must say that this place is my favorite for shopping, it is very close to my house.
Besides, the walkway is very nice.
I hope you liked this tour, when I can go to more supermarkets I hope to share with you more visits.
