An Opportunity for Oreo. Not long ago, I told you about our new cat Charly, who was adopted; how funny and mischievous he is, but he was afraid to go outside because of the other cats that are bigger than him. Well, we've made progress in that regard, and we're happy to know that he has a new companion. That's right; today I'm here to tell you about Oreo, a kitten that, thank God, we were able to save. It turns out that recently, we were sitting in front of the house when suddenly a vehicle stopped abruptly; well, those evil, heartless people threw out a small bag, and luckily it fell onto a trash can.

We thought it was just some trash, but then we noticed movement and without hesitation we started to investigate. "It's a cat," I said to myself. The bag was a little torn, probably from the impact, and there was a small slit where the kitten had stuck its paw out. We opened the bag completely, and there was this little defenseless creature. If you hadn't been in front of the house that day, something worse would have happened to the kitten. I picked it up and brought it home. It was about a month old, and that's how I introduce it to you. Because of its color, we named it Oreo, and now it's happy in its new home. It's super fun, loving, and very playful. We are proud to have saved a life, and he feels very comfortable. Oh, and he's not afraid of the other big cats, ha ha ha.

Una Oportunidad para Oreo. Ya hace poco tiempo les había contado sobre nuestro nuevo gato Charly que fue adoptado; lo divertido y travieso que es, pero tenía temor de salir por los otros gatos que son más grandes que él. Bueno en ese aspecto hemos avanzado y nos da gusto saber que ya tiene un nuevo compañero. Así es; hoy les vengo a hablar sobre Oreo, un gatito que gracias a Dios por darnos cuenta, lo pudimos salvar. Resulta que hace poco, estábamos sentados frente a la casa y de pronto vino un vehículo que se detuvo de repente; bueno, esa gente malvada y sin corazón, lanzó una bolsa pequeña y por suerte cayó sobre un soporte de basura.

Pensamos que realmente eran algunos desperdicios; sin embargo, notamos que había movimiento y sin dudarlo nos pusimos a revisar; es un gato me dije, ya la bolsa estaba un poco rota, creo que sería por el golpe y por una pequeña ranura, este gatito había sacado una patita. Abrimos completamente la bolsa y allí estaba este pequeño indefenso; si no hubieses estado ese día frente a la casa, lo más seguro es que el gatito le hubiese pasado algo peor. Lo agarré y lo traje a la casa, tenía como un mes de nacido y así se los presento; por su color le pusimos Oreo y ahora está feliz en su nuevo hogar, es super divertido, amoroso y muy juguetón. Nos sentimos orgullosos de haber salvado una vida y él se siente muy a gusto; ¡Ah!, no le tiene miedo a los demás gatos grandes jejejeje.

Well, this beautiful kitten, as you can see, is beige and brown with accents on his ears and paws; he has beautiful blue eyes, and I can tell you that he is very playful and curious; he spends his time climbing on the bed to play with us. When Oreo arrived, the big cats naturally didn't accept him. Charly and the dog Lana didn't like him at first, but little by little they became great friends. Another thing I've noticed is that he also likes to watch TV, hehehe. At that moment, he was watching an American football game intently.

Bueno este gatito hermoso como lo ven, es color beige y marrón acentuado en orejas y patas; tiene unos bellos ojos azules y les digo que es demasiado juguetón y curioso; se la pasa montado en la cama para jugar con nosotros. Cuando Oreo llegó; los gatos grandes lógicamente no lo aceptaron, Charly y la perrita Lana, al principio no lo querían, pero poco a poco se fueron haciendo grandes amigos. Otra cosa que he notado, es que también le gusta ver televisión jejeje; en ese momento estaba viendo detenidamente un juego de futbol americano.

I have also noticed that he does not like to be picked up; I imagine he is traumatized and thinks that when they grab him, it is to hurt him, as they tried to do when they threw him out without mercy. With Charly and Lana, he spends his time running around the room and wrestling; they play too much, but then it is time to recharge their batteries and go to sleep. In the early morning, that's when I feel them most energetic, and they play everywhere, even getting into the display window and having fun there.

También he notado, que no le gusta que lo carguen; me imagino que estará traumado y piensa que cuando lo agarran es para hacerle daño, como pretendieron hacerlo cuando lo botaron sin piedad. Con Charly y Lana se la pasa corriendo por todo el cuarto y echando sus luchas; juegan demasiado, pero también llega el momento de recargar energías y van a dormir. En la madrugada es cuando los siento más eléctricos y juegan por todas partes, hasta se meten en el escaparate y allí se divierten.

It's quite an adventure and thrill to watch them play and sleep; Oreo gets along best with Charly and always seeks him out to sleep next to him. They have become the best of friends in everything, because they even eat together and have discovered a small table where they climb up and play. Charly is bigger, but Oreo stands up to him and doesn't let himself be beaten, ha ha ha.

Being with them really relieves stress, you have fun and you are filled with all the energy they transmit to us. Every time I have the opportunity to save a life, I will do so with all the love I can muster. I've already done it several times and given them a home so they can always stay safe and healthy. Es toda una aventura y emoción verlos jugar y dormir; con Charly es que se la lleva mejor y siempre busca su cuerpo para dormir junto a él. Ambos se han convertido en los mejores compañeros para todo, porque hasta comen juntos y ya descubrieron una pequeña mesita donde se meten y se montan a jugar. Charly es más grande, pero Oreo lo enfrenta, no se deja vencer jejejeje.

De verdad que estar con ellos desestresa, uno se divierte y se llena de toda la energía que nos transmiten. Cada vez que tenga la oportunidad de salvar una vida, lo haré con todo el amor posible. Ya lo he hecho en varias oportunidades y les he brindado un hogar para que se mantengan siempre sanos y salvos.
