Germination
I had to water 3 times and it rained once since I planted.
Rain is forecast for today, so I went to take some pictures before.
This does not look very green, but on a closer look...

btw those white things are unripe cherries that fell off during a storm.
It all looks good to me and I think I will give it another good soaking in a few days and then let nature handle things. Last year's maize did quite well with only rain.
From now on it is just waiting and perhaps weeding.
...and then feasting.

btw that last plant is actually illegal...
It's just too pretty to cut it all down.
