So i got introduced to a local fish hatchery recently, I had to pay a visit and also to purchase some juveniles for my next stock.
It was an interesting visit, as I saw different sizes of fishes both the broodstock and the Fry's..
The hatchery were having a renovation on the farm, so our movement was quite restricted..
The juveniles we got were quite expensive as this is due to the high cist of feed and other things.
So, we got 250 juveniles @ N60 ($0.14) the last time I bought @N40 ($0.09).
The total cost of the juvenile is N 15,000 ($36) and a 10 PCs mortality, just in case I lose some on transit to my farm...
The size of feed we started with is 3mm @ N7,600 ($18.28).
