Debe prestar servicio profesional con remuneraciones acordes a las establecidas por la Ley y el propio colegio. Todo profesional debe procurar que todo desempeño profesional se realice con plena diligencia y profundidad, estableciendo criterios reales y factibilidad cierta de los mismos.
Avalar, firmar y aprobar cualquier documento elaborado por otro profesional, previa consulta y verificación del referido, asumiendo total responsabilidad, dirección y supervisión que amerite.
Hacerse cargo de las actividades profesionales en tanto y cuento se hayan realizado los estudios técnicos, administrativos o de cualesquiera otras áreas del saber compatibles al cargo, pudiendo determinar la responsabilidad de asumirlas con plena conciencia de su actividad e integridad. En las relaciones interprofesionales se interpondrá la buena fe, capacidad y el profesionalismo de nuestros colegas.
Utilizar las prerrogativas que goce el desempeño de sus funciones remuneradas para colaborar o ayudar a sus colegas y no para competir y perjudicarlos.
En el ejercicio de sus funciones, evitar u ofrecer comisiones o remuneraciones indebidas o impropias, abstenerse de solicitar influencias para obtener trabajos, privilegios o del cualquier otra providencia incorrecta.
