In a blender, combine the mango, milk and sugar and blend until smooth.In a small bowl, dissolve the custard powder in some water.In a saucepan, bring the mango-milk mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.Add the custard powder mixture and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.In a frying pan, heat some oil and fry the bread slices until golden brown on both sides.Drain on paper towels and cut into small pieces.In a serving dish, arrange the bread pieces in a circular pattern.Pour the mango custard over the bread and spread evenly.Refrigerate until chilled and serve.
